Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Sign Up is Now Open!

There are many opportunities for volunteers during and prior to our Boutique Days. We regret that, for confidentiality reasons, The Cinderella Project can't allow girls under the age of 18 to volunteer on "shopping days". We can DEFINITELY use your help during set up and breakdown, though, so feel free to sign up for these important activities.

If you are interested in volunteering your time, please contact us. We need all kinds of help behind the scenes, and of course volunteers to staff and personal shop at our events.

Here are some of the areas in which we need help:

	Seamstress/sewing
	Personal shoppers
	Regular support staff and one time helpers throughout the year
	Setup and breakdown for the event
	Sales and marketing assistance
	Decorating committee
	Administrative help
	Artists
	You name it - we need it, if you have a talent to share, let us know!

On the day of the Dress Drives, volunteers can help with any of the following:

	Accepting donated gowns
	Writing and giving out tax deduction forms
	Inspecting and sorting, and tagging gowns
	Set up and Take down of racks and displays
	Transport of gowns after the event

On the day of the boutique, volunteers can help with any of the following:

	Personal shopping (helping girls find and coordinate their outfit)
	Sign-in and Sign-out tables
	Jewelry, Accessory
	Makeup section (also helping with consultations)
	Help sort and display new donations

Year round assistance is needed for:

	Writing and mailing letters
	Coordinating fundraising events
	Designing and handing out flyers
	Inventory maintenance
	Coordinating volunteers
	Cleaning incoming donated gowns
